The Sewing Studio is finally done! The room is a 10x11 and it's considered downsizing from what I had upstairs. But when lil' alice took off like a mad lady, my sewing area took on a life of it's own. So my husbands saw the need for my own confined area in the basement. The shelves are wonderful. We build them several years ago and used them for storage, but now, now they are all mine.
The table area is huge, which is what I wanted. It was all purchased at IKEA!
I still have pictures etc. to put on the wall, oh, and a flat screen TV. I need noise! My husband hooked up some speakers to play from the iTunes on the computer upstairs, which is great..... but I missed American Idol last night because I got lost in the room!
